1. Delivery Coverage
1.1 Local Hong Kong Delivery
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and all New Territories districts including Sha Tin, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tai Po, North District and Sai Kung.
Outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island etc.) are covered with an extra remote surcharge.

2. Shipping Fee Details (Currency: HKD)
2.1 Local Hong Kong Home Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over HKD 600 (excluding outlying islands)
- Orders under HKD 600: Base shipping fee HKD 30 for the first 1kg, additional HKD 16 per extra 1kg
- Remote surcharge for outlying islands: Flat HKD 40 per order (no free-shipping threshold)
2.2 Self Pick-up at Courier Stores / Smart Lockers
- Free pick-up for orders over HKD 400
- Flat HKD 16 shipping fee for orders below HKD 400
Weight Calculation Rule
Shipping cost is calculated based on the greater value of actual weight or volumetric weight.
Volumetric Weight Formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000
Maximum weight limit per parcel: 5kg

2.4 International Global Shipping (Hongkong Post e-Express)
Standard Mail (7–14 working days)
- 0–0.35kg: HKD 75
- 0.35–0.7kg: HKD 130
- 0.7–2kg: HKD 290 Free standard mail for orders over HKD 2000 worldwide.
Express Courier (2–5 working days)
- 0–0.35kg: HKD 200
- 0.35–0.7kg: HKD 250
- 0.7–2kg: HKD 420
- Parcels over 2kg: Flat HKD 550
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Dispatch Time: All orders will be arranged for shipment within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit Time Reference
- Local Hong Kong: 1–3 working days
- Mainland China: 3–7 working days
- International Standard Mail: 7–14 working days
- International Express: 2–5 working days Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather or courier operational issues, which are beyond our control.
4. Important Shipping Terms
Shipping Suspension We reserve the right to suspend delivery to high-risk countries/regions with strict customs restrictions without prior notice.
Customs Duties & Taxes For cross-border and international shipments, all import tax, customs duty, VAT and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will not cover any customs-related charges.
Undeliverable Parcels If parcels are returned due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient or refusal to pay customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Parcel Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. You may track shipment status via the official courier website.
