1. General Agreement
By accessing, browsing and placing orders on our website, you fully accept all the terms set out below. This website sells apparel, headwear and fashion accessories for retail customers based in Hong Kong and international buyers. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using our services immediately.
2. Account & Member Rules
2.1 You may register a personal account to track orders, save shipping addresses and enjoy member discounts. You must provide real, accurate personal information including contact number and delivery address.
2.2 You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any orders placed under your account shall be deemed valid orders submitted by you.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you engage in repeated fake orders, malicious returns, fraudulent transactions or other improper behaviors.
3. Product & Order Rules (Apparel Specific)
3.1 All apparel sizes, fabric descriptions, color displays and photos are for reference only. Minor color differences caused by screen display, lighting and fabric batches are not classified as defective products.
3.2 Sizing charts are posted on each product page. Please confirm your size before checkout. We do not cover return shipping fees for size mismatch issues caused by personal misselection.
3.3 All clothing items are brand new, unworn and unwashed before delivery. We conduct basic quality inspection before shipment; minor loose threads, tiny printing marks within industry tolerance are not quality defects.
3.4 Stock updates are real-time but not 100% guaranteed. If your ordered apparel is out of stock after payment, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange full refund or order exchange.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
4.1 Delivery standards follow our independent Shipping Policy page, including local Hong Kong delivery fees, outlying island surcharges and cross-border shipping charges.
4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimated only. Delays arising from courier backlog, extreme weather, Hong Kong public holidays or customs inspection are not our liability.
4.3 You must inspect the parcel upon receipt. If the apparel package is damaged or items missing, you need to provide photos of the outer packaging and damaged goods within 12 hours for follow-up support.
5. Return & Exchange Rules for Clothing
5.1 Return requests are only accepted within 7 calendar days after parcel receipt. All returned apparel must meet the following conditions: unworn, unwashed, original tags and packaging intact, no stains, scratches or personal odor.
5.2 Clearance sale, customized printed clothing and swimwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and promotion reasons.
5.3 Customers shall bear round-trip shipping fees for voluntary returns due to personal dislike, unsuitable size or color mismatch. We only cover return freight if the apparel has confirmed manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery on our side.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All website content including apparel designs, product images, logos, text and graphic materials are protected by Hong Kong copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, commercial reprinting or secondary editing is prohibited.
6.2 You may not use our brand graphics, clothing photos for resale, social media commercial promotion or counterfeit production without our written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We shall not be liable for indirect losses including lost profit, work delay or travel expenses arising from delayed delivery or minor product imperfections within industry standard range.
7.2 Our maximum compensation limit for any disputed apparel order shall not exceed the original order payment amount.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect once published on the website footer. Your continued use of our store after updates means you accept the revised clauses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from orders or website use shall be resolved through negotiation first; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
